German-Style Lentil Soup Linsensuppe

Ingredients:

500 gr. quick cook rajdhani lentils 
Rajdhanigroup
1 medium onion
2 medium carrots
2 large potato
3 dry red chilli
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 litre water
3 cube massel bouillon stock
Massel Australia
1 can unsweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoon olive oil
5 frankfurter sausage
1 tablespoon vinegar






step 1 

heat oil over medium heat. add onions,carrots. cook and stir for 3 minutes.



step 2 
1 litre massel bouillion stock,lentils and dry chilli peppers are added to sauteed onions and carrots.

step 3
add rajdhani lentils and potatos.

step 4
after 30 minutes cooking add frankfurter sausage and  unsweetened condensed milk
